Before we start the substantive work in Week 1, this quick welcome session sets expectations for the whole rollout. It’s designed for anyone in the practice who will be involved — whether you’re leading the change or just want to understand what’s coming.

What we cover

• A walk-through of the full 4-week timeline: what happens in each session, and how they build on each other.
• What Total Triage is (and isn’t), and what changes for patients, reception and clinicians once it’s live.
• The decisions your practice will need to make along the way — and roughly when.
• Who needs to be in which session, and the time commitment to plan for.
• How Go Live day works and what "live support" from Accurx looks like in practice.
• Q&A — space to raise anything you’re unsure or nervous about before Week 1.

👥 Who should attend

Anyone from the practice who will be involved in or affected by the rollout — Practice Manager, Clinical Lead, Reception Lead, partners, and any team member who wants context before Week 1.
