📐 Week 1 · The Blueprint Session

The kick-off session for the whole programme. We agree the operating model your practice will use once Total Triage is live, and capture the decisions that everything else in the rollout depends on.

What we cover

Programme overview, milestones and what "ready" looks like by Go Live.
Defining your triage model: total triage vs. partial, demand split between online and phone, and how walk-ins are handled.
Roles and responsibilities: GP triager(s), care navigators, reception, duty doctor, pharmacist/ANP routing.
Mapping current demand and capacity, and agreeing target response times (urgent / routine / admin).
Patient communications: website copy, NHS App, on-hold messages, SMS templates.
Decisions log: outputs are written up and shared after the session.

Practice Manager, Clinical Lead/Partner, Reception Lead, and the person who will own the rollout day-to-day.
