Like any organisation that hires for a growth mindset, accuRx wants to support the continued development of its accuFolk.
Everyone has an L&D budget of £1000 per year, post-probation. This allows us to support people’s development needs in a number of ways, ranging from purchasing books on your behalf for our library, paying for external providers (courses, conferences etc..) to connecting you with mentors through our networks.
