Intro

There will be times when you feel unwell, either mentally or physically. We hope you will feel better soon if you’re not feeling yourself as you read this! Please know that your physical health and mental wellbeing are really important to us.

If you are well enough to work, but sick enough to pass it on, please stay at home until you feel better.

If you don't feel well enough to work, take the time off work that you need and seek medical advice if you need to. This is to make sure you have enough time to recover and feel good coming back to work.
