During your probation review meeting, you’ll discuss the feedback you’ve received with your manager and plan your next steps.
The review writing process is managed in Lattice, towards the end of your probation, you’ll be sent out reminders that will guide you through each stage. Your manager will give you a heads-up on when the process will start. Your review packet will be made up of;
