This policy applies to all employees who are due to become parents, including birth, adoptive, and non-birthing parents. The extent of parental leave benefit varies based on tenure and parental role.
Our Parental Leave Policy is inclusive (not in addition to) of any statutory benefits you’re entitled to.
You must provide at least 15 weeks’ notice before the week the baby is due to be eligible for statutory pay.
In case of multiple births from one pregnancy, only one period of leave is available.
