Employees who have worked at Accurx for 12 months or longer before the expected due date:

Our Parental Leave Policy is inclusive (not in addition to) of any statutory benefits you’re entitled to.

You must provide at least 15 weeks’ notice before the week the baby is due to be eligible for statutory pay.

In case of multiple births from one pregnancy, only one period of leave is available.
