Summary We work a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. How we arrange our office days is agreed within our teams in a way that most effectively allows us to succeed together.

To give an overview of how we effectively work in a hybrid set up that allows us to raise the bar, succeed together and be drivers.

Eligibility

This applies to anyone in a role where hybrid working is possible. Some teams (for example, Workplace Experience, User Support) may have different in-office requirements, this will be agreed within their team.

Policy details

To fix healthcare communication we need to work effectively together and move with urgency. To help with meeting scheduling, avoiding blockers and making collaboration easier we ask everyone to be working and available during our Core Hours: 10am–4pm.

Meetings may need to fall outside these hours. Please be mark in your Google Calendar when you’re not available for meetings, so it’s easier when colleagues are trying to arrange a meeting.
