Here’s what you can expect:
- The first half of our interview process takes place virtually, and parts of the final stage can be adapted to be virtual if requested.
- We use Google Meet for virtual interviews, which includes built-in captioning.
- For in-person interviews at our office:
- Step-free access to the office and interview rooms
- Accessible, gender-neutral toilets
- A quiet room available for prayer or reflection
Examples of adjustments we have previously offered include:
- Extending interview time
- Allowing additional time for take-home tasks
- Providing interview questions in advance
- Adapting questions to focus on specific examples rather than abstract concepts
- Adjusting the assessment environment for sensory needs (e.g., lighting, sound)
