- Step-free access into the Accurx office and interview rooms
- Accessible, gender-neutral toilets
- A quiet room for prayer
Adjustments that we have previously made or offered are:
- Extending interview time
- Extending time for take-home tasks
- Send interview questions prior to the interview
- Adapted our questions to focus on specific examples over vague concepts
- Making the assessment environment account for sensory needs (lighting, sounds, etc)
