We brainstormed some ideas at our Q3 offsite in 2019 and came up with the following (not exhaustive list):
- Running through your priorities and checking they are correct or more generally how to prioritise well
- Setting and clarifying expectations
- Understanding the company strategy or asking questions about accuRx
- Personal issues (internal or external) and wellbeing
- Chatting through career progression options and where you're at
- Reflecting on learnings and mistakes on a piece of work
- Talking through learning and development (online + offline)
- Giving feedback to your manager, about the company or about another member of staff
- If you, yourself, are a manager then talking about your direct reports and your management style
- Checking in on current performance
- Working together on a challenging piece of work
- PDP (personal development plan) refresher or update
- Any difficult team dynamics
- How to present to the wider organisation
